FAQs Our business is OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. We accept Visa & Mastercard Local delivery is available. Please call or email for rate quotes. We also ship via UPS, USPS, and motor freight daily Please allow 48 hours processing time for shipments and deliveries or 24 hours processing time for pick up orders. We do have an in house kiln repair person.  If you need private consultation, please call or email for information on appointment times and costs. We do not perform repair of broken or damaged ceramic or stoneware pieces.
