Dazzling Metallics® are non-fired water based colors that can be used for solid coverage or detailing. They are applied directly to bisque or over any of the Softees® Acrylic Stains.
No kiln required!
General Use
* Shake well.
* Apply one or more coats to craft surface.
* Dry between coats.
* For smooth coverage, two lighter coats are better than one heavy coat.
* Either a synthetic or natural hair brush can be used for application.
** Do not use a brush that has been used to apply a Dazzling Metallic® to apply a glaze as leftover metallic particles can contaminate the glaze.
* Thin and clean up with water.
* Use sealer for added durability.
* Dazzling Metallics® can be intermixed with any water-based product for interesting effects.
* The appearance of different metals can be simulated using one of the metallics antiqued with a translucent stain.
** Dazzling Metallics® are certified as Non-Toxic, safe for use by artists of all ages when used according to manufacturer’s directions.
